Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Farmspot, a service that shows which apps run TikTok UGC farms and how their content performs. By creating an account or using Farmspot, you agree to them.

Your account

• You sign in with Google or a one-time email link. Keep access to that email secure: whoever controls it controls your account.
• A workspace holds your plan, members and lists. Its owner and admins are responsible for who they invite and what those members do.

Plans and billing

• Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe. A free trial, when offered, turns into a paid plan unless you cancel before it ends.
• You can cancel at any time from the billing page; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Payments are not refunded, except where the law requires it.
• We may change prices; a change applies from your next billing period, and we tell you before it does.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• resell, republish or redistribute Farmspot's data in bulk, or build a competing dataset from it;
• scrape the app, share your account outside your workspace, or get around plan limits, including the MCP call allowance;
• use Farmspot to harass, impersonate or target the people behind the accounts it lists;
• break the law or the rules of the platforms the data comes from.

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.

The data

Farmspot is built from public information and from estimates (views, downloads, revenue, labels written by AI models). It can be incomplete or wrong, and we update it continuously. Use it as research, not as a guarantee. Brand names and videos belong to their owners; Farmspot is not affiliated with TikTok or with the brands it lists.

Our liability

Farmspot is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending

You can stop using Farmspot and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may end the service with reasonable notice, or immediately for a serious breach of these terms.
