Privacy policy

Farmspot shows which apps run TikTok UGC farms, how those farms work and which content gets views. This policy explains what we collect about the people who use Farmspot, why, and what you can ask of us.
What we collect about you
- Your account: your email address, and when you sign in with Google, your name and profile picture. We never see or store a password.
- Your workspace: its name, its members and their roles, the invites you send, and the lists you save.
- Billing: your plan and its status. Payment details are handled by Stripe; we never receive your card number.
- Usage: the searches you type, so we can improve what we track, and the calls made through our MCP server, so we can count them against your plan.
- Cookies: a session cookie to keep you signed in and a cookie that remembers your current workspace. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.
What the product itself contains
Farmspot is built from public information: public TikTok accounts and videos, public app store listings and public websites. We do not collect private messages or anything behind a login. If you run a public account listed in Farmspot and want it removed, write to us.
How we use it
- To sign you in and run your account and workspace.
- To bill your plan.
- To send you the emails the service needs, such as sign-in links and billing notices, and, if you have not opted out, product tips and a monthly digest.
- To keep the service secure and to improve it.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for ads.
Who processes it for us
- Supabase: database and authentication.
- Vercel: hosting of the web app.
- Stripe: payments.
- Resend: email delivery.
- Google: sign-in, when you choose it.
- AI model providers, through Vercel's AI Gateway: the text of a search is sent to compute its meaning, without your identity.
How long we keep it
We keep your account data while your account exists. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except what we must keep for accounting and legal obligations.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to a use of it. You can unsubscribe from product emails at any time from the link in each email or from your settings. If you are in the European Union, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
