POV: you finally stopped “starting over Monday” and made healthy eating actually fit your life 🥹🥗 Meal prep doesn’t have to mean dry chicken, plain rice, and eating the exact same thing four days in a row. The goal is to make meals you genuinely look forward to — while keeping protein high, vegetables in the rotation, and portions easy to grab when life gets busy. This week’s lineup is proof that eating toward your goals can still taste GOOD: 🍯 Honey Garlic Chicken & Potato Bowls — sticky, sweet-savory chicken, crispy potatoes, roasted broccoli + a cool garlic yogurt sauce. 🌮 High-Protein Turkey Taco Bowls — seasoned turkey, cilantro-lime rice, black beans, corn, peppers, pico + creamy avocado sauce. Basically taco night built for meal prep. 🍣 Teriyaki Salmon Rice Bowls — glazed salmon, jasmine rice, edamame, broccoli, cucumber and carrots with spicy yogurt sauce. Fresh, filling and packed with protein. 🍝 Creamy Tuscan Chicken Pasta — because “clean eating” absolutely does not mean pasta disappears. Chicken, spinach, tomatoes and creamy Parmesan sauce make this one feel like comfort food while still delivering around 50g of protein per serving. 🍠 BBQ Beef & Sweet Potato Bowls — smoky seasoned beef, roasted sweet potato, corn, broccoli, fresh tomato and a creamy sauce. Simple ingredients, BIG flavor. The best meal-prep strategy is the one you’ll actually repeat. Pick 1–2 proteins, a carb you enjoy, plenty of produce and a sauce that makes everything taste better. Prep a few portions, keep cold toppings and sauces separate, and suddenly eating well during a busy week becomes way easier. And remember: “clean eating” doesn’t need to mean perfect eating. You don’t have to eliminate carbs, pasta, sauces or foods you love. Build balanced meals most of the time and make consistency the goal. 🤍 Save this post for your next meal-prep day 📌 and send it to the friend who always says they don’t know what to cook. 📲 Workit App — workouts, nutrition guidance and healthy habit tracking to help make consistency easier.
